1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the phtaya22 platform in any capacity — whether as a registered member or as a guest visitor — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phtaya22 platform and close any account you may have registered.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of phtaya22 services, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

The following rules apply to all phtaya22 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active phtaya22 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phtaya22 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Accurate Information: All personal details provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.
• KYC Verification: phtaya22 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are approved. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
• Account Closure: You may request the closure of your phtaya22 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures prior to closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

phtaya22 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select over-the-counter channels. All financial transactions on the phtaya22 platform are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts that have completed the KYC process. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: phtaya22 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests.
• Currency: All transactions on the phtaya22 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phtaya22 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
• Anti-Money Laundering: phtaya22 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. We reserve the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

phtaya22 offers various bonuses and promotional programs to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phtaya22 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from any promotion without prior notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of all active bonuses.
• Abuse Prevention: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus programs — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may lead to account suspension.
• Modification and Cancellation: phtaya22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via the phtaya22 website.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phtaya22 platform — including live casino tables, slot games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• RNG Certification: All non-live games on phtaya22 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Our RNG systems are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained professional dealers. The outcome of live games is determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and is not subject to software manipulation.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, phtaya22 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund all wagers placed during that round. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phtaya22 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus programs.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by phtaya22.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phtaya22 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phtaya22 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phtaya22 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, content, or advice provided on the phtaya22 platform.
• Damages arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from events beyond phtaya22's reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

In all cases, phtaya22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtaya22 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

phtaya22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an account with phtaya22, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

In summary, phtaya22 collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Complying with KYC, anti-money laundering, and other regulatory obligations.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phtaya22 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account decisions, phtaya22 maintains an internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint to our customer support team, and phtaya22 will endeavor to provide a written response within five (5) business days.
